I was asked to do a design test after my first phone exploratory call, and then incrementally I was asked to have more calls with different team members of the organisation. The questions were easy and repetitive, that lead me to believe they internally didn't discuss my candidacy. Interviewers were late to the call and made me wait 15-20min and didn't even apologise for their unprofessionalism. After 7-8 different calls spanned over 2-3 months, I have been completely ignore without a single email, and not even been informed over a call that I was not selected. There was no feedback given at any stage. No pointers shared by the recruiters, no notes to prepare, no set agenda for the calls. Everything was extremely scrappy. It was the most negative interview experience of my life. A complete waste of my time.
