My interview process was one of the best interview processes I have ever experienced. As soon as I entered the office I was made to feel welcome, and the interviewers couldn't have done more to make me feel comfortable.
The first round was a telephone interview with the Senior People Business Partner - this lasted about half an hour and was mostly experienced based questions. The second round involved preparing a 20 minute presentation followed by a Q & A about the presentation and some competency based questions. Following this I got the opportunity to meet one of the founders who asked me a mix of questions in relation to my experience and I had a chance to ask him any questions I had. This was all followed by an office tour which was a really nice touch to the process.

The interview process started with a 30 minute screening call just to get to know each other better and briefly talk through my CV and topline experience. From here, the decision was made to have a 2 hour in depth interview. This involved a presentation on a proposed strategy followed by questions and a culture interview which lasted 40 minutes.

I had an initial screening interview with the CEO to talk broadly about the role and my interest in the company. This was then followed by a presentation task prepared at home, as well as a competency and culture-fit interview with two members of the wider team.
