There is one written test followed by 2 technical round.written test contain mainly logical reasoning and physical design questions. This is one year program and based performance they will decide for full time job.

CMOS inverter layout and basic mos theory, STA problem for setup and hold , static and dynamic power reduction. All Interviewer are very helpful if you struck somewhere.
