First I had a written test for 75 marks. Test duration was 2 hours. Questions were related to basics. Out of the 25+ candidates who appeared for the exam 5 were shortlisted for interview.

It was total of 4 round, good questions which needs in-depth knowledge of DFT. Related to Compression, IJTAG architecture, wrapper logic, DRC related to Bus contention, clock gating logic. LOC & LOS.
