Synopsys is a technology company so be prepared to know their technology. The culture is consensus based and collaborative.
Absolute lack of empathy for candidates valuable time. They didn't have the consideration to call or at least email the candidate about the final results after a full fledged interview process. I had to send them several emails and no one responded. A candidate has to be plan, prepare and sometimes has to take a day off to interview with you, please respect their time and close the loop. Synopsys provides poor candidate experience and clearly don't care about you.
