It is very interesting and friendly․ Most of the time the interviews are consist of two parts: QA by phone call (which may last 10-20 minutes) and if they like the answers then you are gonna take another test or pass an interview in the office which usually lasts about 2 hours.

I applied online and got an email after 2 weeks to schedule an introductory call with HR. HR gave a brief introduction of the company and position and informed me that there will be a hiring event in Boston office in 1st week of November and sent a link for coding assessment. The coding assessment is for 40 mins and asked me to solve Leetcode medium question, I solved it in 20 mins and expected to be moved for next round of interviews. Sent a follow up email to the HR after a week - dead silence... Logged into Synopsys careers website to check the status and to my surprise i was rejected.
