The HR is really unprofessional and unorganised.
I applied in September, and hear from them in November, ridiculous.
We agreed to have a phone call at 2:30, but she didn't call me on time.
I then wrote an email to her, 30 mins later she replied that she had to go out , and she wants to call me now.
I agreed to have a call now, even though she is 40 minutes late than the time we agreed.
The interview lasts for only 3 minutes, because I'm holding T4 student visa, and they don't provide any visa sponsorship , so didn't continue.
If visa really matters, she could've asked my visa status via email before we arranged an interview. I spent lots of time preparing the interview!

Easy telephone interview, just asked about some basic questions like what do you know about our company, why do you want to take this role. Followed by an interview at their office with the manager.
