Positive and lots of feedback in the interview process, friendly and really welcoming, questions as you'd expect going for a customer care role, communication was good with call and email contact follow up. Overall what I'd of expected.

After applying via Indeed I received a phone call. This lasted about 20-30 minutes & I was offered a by face to face interview in the office. I thought their hiring process was very responsive & proactive.

Multiple people in a meeting talking, no formal interviews, asked very basic information about yourself and then was taken on for the role which I had applied for weeks earlier
