If you pass that you get an interview with an employee and a business manager at the same time, and then an interview with a member of the management team. If all goes well they make an offer

I applied through linkedin and got a call from the recruiter on the very next day. The application process had three phases:
1) Personal interview with with a senior recruiter
2) Technical interview
3) Meeting the director.
