Quick and thorough. Includes phone screens and onsite. I spoke with a recruiter to establish a good understanding of expectations and what I am able to bring and learn at the company. The recruiter was very helpful through the screening and answering my questions. Was able to get a call scheduled and the meeting was prompt. I got a chance to meet multiple team members along with the VP of Engineering at the time. Did a whiteboarding challenge with my direct manager who answered a lot of day-to-day questions as well.
