Eerst algemeen infomoment met toelichting bedrijfsstructuur, algemene werkomstandigheden, verloning. Daarna een rollenspel in groep in 3 talen (nl, fr, eng) waarna de eerste kandidaten afvallen. De overblijvers dienen een volledig document handmatig in te vullen en gaan daarna bij de recruiter individueel op gesprek, standaard vragen in de drie talen + individueel rollenspel.
