The interviews were very easy and the interviewers were good to talk to.
The recruiter on the other hand is the most annoying and unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with in this industry. At first, he messaged on LinkedIn a dozen times asking for my resume and calling me on my phone. As soon as the design interview was done, I was supposed to get a feedback, a call was scheduled but no call happened that day. This was just the start. I did not pass the design interview, still he didn't tell me, I spent time preparing for the coding round and the next day went through it as well. No respect for candidate's time, your interviewers might have nothing productive to do, but others do.
Then again, the guy ghosted, I messaged him on LinkedIn and what looked like a pity on me, another call for feedback was scheduled, and guess what, ghosted again. Such stupid and non sense behavior, obviously I never followed up again. I wonder how people like this get a job in the industry and how, if they do, they succeed. But this is in line with the reviews of the company in Glassdoor.
Btw, never get a rejection email or any kind of feedback. This is what I expect from a worthless company, and not a subsidiary of a listed German company. I believe this is how they work in UAE.
