Initial recruiter call. Next step is a coding exercise problem. (fairly easy). Then virtual onsite interview rounds which consist of 1hr architecture design, 1hr rails coding exercise, 1hr react coding exercise and 30min project manager interview.

Depressing. On the onsite, you will get glimpses that their codebases are not maintained. The majority of the original engineers have left the company after the acquisition. Product and Management seem is too rushed and unfocused to make dramatic innovative improvements. Poor decisions by Leadership have put the engineering organization in fix-up mode to clean up the mistakes of last year.
Overall, the culture of the onsite shows that the company's energy and passion are gone. TaskRabbit appears to be going down and not up. If you want a place to advance your career, I recommend looking elsewhere.
