Interview is conducted in 4 Phases for any experienced professionals.
Phase 1 : Technical Interview
This includes the questions related to your technologies in Resume, Current Assignments and Analatical abilities
Phase 2 : Technical Interview
This involves more rigorous interview questions and Interviewers looks for Problem Solving methodologies, Values Adds given to Client, Current Project handling details and problem solving.
Phase 3 : Manager Interview
This involves the interview with a Manager manily the one whom you would be reporting for the delivarables. generic Questions are asked here
Phase 4 : HR Interview
Mainly the Salary Negotiations

For starters there was an aptitude round from which they would segregate(applicants who cracked the aptitude round) into two category. One is TCS Ninja and the another one is TCS Digital based on the applicants performance. And further interview rounds wills be conducted based on their(Applicants) preferred role.

The interview process was easy and comfortable as it was held online. The panel was very friendly and they were thoroughly listening to the answers. Some of the questions very also very logical apart from the technical interview to mark the presence of mind.
