First there was online application then the online tests which were pretty easy. Then the link was given to complete the video interview. In whole it nearly took 5 months to know the outcome. The video interview was easy and I answered the questions correctly but anyhow i got rejected. The outcome response was very late.

This was for a summer internship. The process started with a application shortlist with a group discussion taking place later. There were some 'what would you do?' questions on it and some that question your motivation for the internship. The topic was women's empowerment and steps that can be taken towards this. This was later followed by the interviews.
