Contacted by one of their recruiters, regular screening about my experience and career path, then the HR lady talked about the benefits, the client, and my salary expectations (which were in the range of the position), after we finished the call she asked for my resume, which I send immediately and she replied back after three days saying that the client was busy but asking me about my top two days to schedule the interview, after my reply I got ghosted, don't waste your time with this company they are unprofessional
