      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TestGorilla nel mese di giu 2025

      Colloquio

      Got an online interview for senior full stack developer (Angular + Python), for python debugging, got 85 percentile (accuracy 100%, but seems like time spent on completion is calculated), while for Angular, got 98 percentile. For personality, for 92 percentile. Was really hopeful that I can at least get an interview with those marks because I think those are pretty high standard. Besides, TestGorilla mentioned that they believe in actual assessment more than what a resume tells. Unfortunately, I ended up getting a general "Thank you for your interest, ... After a careful review, the team decided to move forward..." reply. The assessment was nice, but we need to spend around one and a half hour on it. At least for those who put in effort on the assessment and got high marks like more than 80 percentile, send a more customize email telling why we are not chosen in exchange of candidates' time.
