Consisted of a phone screen with a hiring manager, after which (if not screened) there is an additional phone call with your potential boss/manager, and then finally a 2hr interview with eight different people throughout the company consisting mainly of personnel related to the role.
They kept in close touch throughout the process and moved things along quickly. Never felt in the dark and was treated as human from start to finish (even got a let-down phone call).
Everyone I met seemed very bright, open-minded, and professional - definitely a place I'll apply in the future if the right role opens up!

Interview 1: Screened by the recruiter for 20 minutes
Interview 2: Met with the hiring manager for 1 hour
Interview 3: Met with 6 team members for 2 hours
The recruiters we're having trouble contacting me through their HR software, so thankfully one of them called me saying they had been trying to email about setting up an interview. The call with the hiring manager was very informative and gave me a real look into the role. The 2 hour "meet the team" was great for understanding the culture and internal dynamics of the department and organization. I felt like I was leading the conversation and that most of the team members didn't come prepared with thorough or engaging questions.

Hi. If you’re like me, you’ve been ghosted by the Motley Fool.
After four interviews (two phone, two over Zoom), you may be thinking to yourself that the Motley Fool is taking their time to make a decision. Understandable. So, you send a couple of follow-up emails and wait. And wait some more. After weeks of silence, you may be thinking you still have a shot to land that job. You don’t. I’m sorry to tell you that you’ve been ghosted.
If you’ve been ghosted by the Motley Fool, like I have, you’ve been confronted with choices:
1. You can choose to feel sorry for yourself. I hope you don’t.
2. You can move on with your life.
Go with option #2. Try to watch your diet and exercise. And get your diabetic testing supplies from Liberty Medical.
