      Colloquio

      1) First call was a quick screening call with the Manager of the team which left me with a good impression of her as a Leader 2) Followed by a writing assignment which was a standard list of written questions and how to respond to client emails 3) The third stage was an hour call with an HR rep & the CSM Manager again.

      The third stage felt like an interrogation by the HR rep. It was a higher than average uncomfortable interview experience. The HR rep abruptly asked about my current Manager and then in a high strung tone asked if she could call her in an effort to put me on the spot and see how I would respond. I don't think this format is the best approach to set people like myself —who fall under the neurodiversity spectrum —up for success in an interview. It was a very overwhelming and negative experience.

As part of our hiring process, we do proactively share the questions we'll be asking to ensure transparency in what to expect during the call, including the questions asked and accommodations we can provide along the way. At final stages, we conduct reference checks with folks you give us permission to (we never contact anyone without consent), as a means to learn more about you and understand how we can support your continued growth and development. So sorry this made you feel overwhelmed, and could have been better explained during the call! We will take your feedback and use it to continuously to improve :)

      Colloquio

      The process consisted of four interviews and a written component. It started with a conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the HR director. Then, there was a written test, and the fourth interview, which could have been a final round with a panel or something similar (though the user wasn't specific). This gives a good overview of how things typically progressed during the process! After the huge take home assignment they never responded despite multiple followup attempts.

      1 hour interview with HR and member of the team. Covered a good amount of situational questions (eg. what would you do if...) and career goals. Was quite in depth and dug into the stories I had prepared.

      Screening interview, take-home assignment that has you draft answers to sample questions from customers. The questions were quite detailed, requiring understanding of Thinkific's platform. So it took me several hours to do the necessary research to fill out the assignment.
