During the onsite I really felt welcomed and respected. All interviewers were super thoughtful, even when it came to the small things like asking me if I needed water or a bathroom break before we got started. Most importantly, I really got a sense of Thumbtack's wonderful culture throughout all my interviews. At the end of the onsite I received lovely gift. Upon receiving an offer and accepting, I additionally received a lovely gift box. Having worked in recruiting before and after interviewing at many other places this time around, I have to say that Thumbtack has the BEST candidate experience.
