Standard first call with a recruiter, second call was a technical, regarding machine learning concepts. Mostly around domain buzzwords. Then a Bayesian statistics problem and a coding challenge, involving simulating a statistical problem (think dice roll simulation).

1. Coding round 2 On-site ( series for 5 interviews) Interviewers doesn’t know what to ask and they are more concentrated on what work they are doing currently . Hope they understand the projects inside organization are done with multiple brain storming sessions which might not be feasible for the candidate to explain in 45 mins of interview .
