After reaching out, was requested to fill out a questionnaire as well as leave a 2 minute long voicemail pitching a topic of my choice. Followed by two interviews, one with COO/CFO another with CRO. COO/CFO was arrogant/confrontational about understanding my experience. Over the course of two weeks, I received multiple follow ups over the weekends. Further, they requested I make a 5-10 minute presentation on a topic of their choosing. Upon in office interview with CFO/COO, I was handed a 20 page contract and asked to answer questions from another packet. Contract was fairly straightforward, except pricing. I was given 20 minutes to answer questions in packet. Upon interviewer coming back in, he proceeded to ask pointed questions about specifics within the contract. He got visibly annoyed when my recall of specific factors did not answer his question. Examples provided in contract had math errors, blurring the clarity of pricing which could be considered a convoluted scheme. When asked about maintaining work/life balance, the only answer was "we rely on our employees to define their work/life balance." AKA - no organizational HR pushes to maintain that balance. Overall, it was not a positive experience that points to long term issues with the viability of the company.
