I got the call from recruiter & then had the Zoom video call for interview. I was given only one question to code for & that was all for that 50 minutes interview. I am not sure how people write the code for the given problem in 15-20 minutes, if you have not written the code multiple times for the same problem earlier. And I still think that the candidates writing the perfect code so fast then such companies will be delivering the successful products very fast. And surely with such perfect coders one can't expect failures & bugs in code.

This lot holds strong opinions and wants to maintain its monoculture. Employees are mocked if they do not conform. You will do fine if you fit in. If not, bring a thick skin.
