All interviews were lovely.
1. HR call - all good, Genadi polite and professional, helped me throughout all steps.
2. Code review exercise - interviewers were friendly and positive, discussed everything nicely.
3. In-depth talks on previous experiences, system designs, failures and successes - again, everyone was really positive and we had a great chat!
Offer figures were around my current salary + they included some equity, which I'm not sure I'll be able to sell out in a reasonable time frame.

The recruiter was very nice and helpful. The first round involved a code review, where you are given some poorly written code with REST APIs and asked to review it. When I inquired about non-functional requirements such as the expected traffic for the APIs, they dismissed these questions as irrelevant and insisted on just reviewing the code.
After the code review, they asked questions about secure communication between internal microservices. When I mentioned mTLS as a secure communication option, the interviewer was unfamiliar with it and stated that they use basic authentication with a username and password instead.
The interviewer appeared inexperienced and unprepared for the interview. During my self-introduction, he was distracted by his phone and interrupted me. This led to a very rude and unpleasant experience, which I believe reflects poorly on the company's culture.
