The interview process consists of two main rounds (post recruiter screening)
1. Code Review - In this round you're expected to review a medium sized merge request for improvements. The code is shared in a google doc, and review is to be posted in the form of comments on the doc. The interviewer(s) let you go through the code and post comments for the first 40 mins. In the next 20 mins they discuss the comments you've posted, and ask questions on the same.
2. Manager Interview - This round is a discussion with a manager at tide, focused on technical skills. The first 40 mins are for introductions and technical discussions. In the last 20 mins, the candidate can ask questions to the manager regarding tide.

3. interview with manager
All of the interviews are remote. The first one is ~30 mins. The second one ~1 hour.
