At first the process went well because the response from my recruiter were quick for a position that would eventually be based in LA. I had zoom interviews with the direct manager, HR, another team member, and one of the directors in about a week and a half. I was told that I would receive a response within a couple of days. But since then (almost 2 weeks since last interview), there has been little communication. I'm assuming I didn't get the role because the last email I sent got a really short response that was just along the lines of "Haven't heard back yet, take care". Having an applicant go through multiple interviews only to leave them hanging with no feedback or definitive rejection really reflects poorly on the overall hiring process While the interviews themselves were nice because my interviewers kept it casual and conversational, the process overall seemed a bit unorganized. The economy is rough right now and being sent a rejection letter, even a generic one, is better than just being dragged along endlessly.

Pessimo trattamento verso il candidato. 1) Totale mancanza di rispetto della Talent che al primo colloquio si presenta 10 minuti in ritardo e con telecamera spenta. 2) Richiedono tempi brevissimi tra un colloquio e un altro ma poi si prendono tempi biblici per confermarti il colloquio 3) Il giorno del terzo colloquio (dopo feedback super positivi nei precedenti step) il link fornito per il colloquio non funzionava, chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che c'era stato un problema tecnico e che bisognava rimandare. Passano 2 settimane, sollecito più volte, dicono che stavano organizzando le agende. Arriva mail automatica di rifiuto - zero personalizzazione, zero attenzione per il candidato che ti dedica un mese e mezzo. Vergogna. Ah, poi ovvio 5/5 in presenza.
