The process took 4 weeks and consisted of 3 sets of interviews. I was contacted by a recruiting coordinator to schedule a phone screening, I had a phone interview with the lead recruiter who educated me more on the role and asked about my experience. A week later, I was contacted for a Zoom interview with two members of the team, and the day following my second interview, I was asked to have my final interview with the hiring manager the day after. My experience was super positive, the recruiter gave me an idea of what questions to prepare for the teammate interview. I would highly suggest doing a little basic research on their TikTok for business Ads products to demonstrate basic knowledge of their monetization strategy and company culture.
