The interviewer seems to be located in China, and looks like he hasn't slept for two days. He was kinda nonchalant about the interview and barely gives any feedback. And it seems he is not very proficient with English and sometimes when I say some ML terms he needed to pause for a second and think about it.

The first round was mainly a CV walkthrough.
The second round focused in depth on one specific project.
Both rounds also included LeetCode medium-level problems.
The third round was with the hiring manager with both project and problems for their business.
