HR Interview (pre-screening) - User 1 intv - User 2 intv - hr interview.
I have aplied 2 times before this role. And on the 2nd one, the intv process is confusing. I have to re-interview with another talenyt acquisition, bcs the previous TA has resigned already. I mean...Dont your team keep my intv result? And they sent me an email with another candidates who are not qualified, they said they were no longer accept candidate and slowing done the hiring process 🥲, but I saw on job portal, they still actively hiring.

7. The rest, she asked the similar questions repeteadly 😅. I mean, this Leader supposedly can make a conclusion from several examples that I've explained already (you can conclude my abilities and skills and how I overcome under pressure situation) but she keep asking similar questions that makes the 30 mins interview became 60 mins.

The recruiter initially reached out but then completely ghosted me. It’s been really hard to even land an interview with them, despite being a former employee. Honestly, I’m not sure what my ex manager might’ve written in the system..maybe flagged me or something like that. From what I can tell, they seem way more interested in referrals. If you don’t have one, it’s just really tough to get through the door. Kindly review your hiring system again
