Reached by the recruiter. Connected with the hiring manager for a video interview. The interview was around 40 mins, with questions like what is your favorite product, any pain points you have using the products, and if you were the product manager, how would you solve the pain point. After the interview with the hiring manager. I also asked questions about the company and team culture. I personally feel cannot click with the team culture so chose not to proceed further

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..

Each round has around 45 minutes. Case and BQ are heavy, and the interviewers will leave 5-10 minutes for questions toward the end of the session
