The interviewer is very well knowledgeable. She will drill down and asking questions based on what you had told her. Eventually it goes to the most important part which is the salary discussion. I felt like she’s hiding something when i asked the salary range for the particular position.

Based on the stakeholder management skills thatyou had, what was the biggest conflict you had with them and what solution you had taken.
They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..

Each round has around 45 minutes. Case and BQ are heavy, and the interviewers will leave 5-10 minutes for questions toward the end of the session
