2 round of interview. First peer, second hiring manager. Ask about your resume, research experience and leetcode. The first round is more about research. We talked about recommender systems, RL and LLMs. No coding. The second round interviewer is more senior. She doesn't have background in my research, at last there is a medium to hard leetcode
