Easy, striaght to the point, the either accept you or not on the same day of interview. Managers were very lovely and the store was only just opening up at the time, so they needed people to work for them.
Very friendly and straight forward process. I was contacted by HR after applying online on Indeed, and after a short phone interview, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with the store manager.

Quick and easy. They asked situational questions and some stuff about your experience. Just make sure they know your availability and if you want or don't want a specific role (they offered me the Replenisher role too).
