I was sent to Tim Hortons by a family friend. She stated they were hiring so I went for the interview. The interview questions were very simple and were focused on customer service and hypothetical situations. Once hired you are required as a new team member to watch over 8 hours of training videos that teach you all about Tim Hortons standards and policies. The videos are very helpful so pay attention. I started as a supervisor and I worked my way up to a store manager. I gained tons of experience and met a lot of nice people through Tim Hortons.

The interview process was great the people were very respectful and informed. I feel that the questions were very insightful about about what they were looking for and expected from an employee
A series of questions about my previous work experience. They also talked about my career goals within the company and beyond. They also asked me if I had anything I wanted to improve with the store.

The interview was a good experience, The manage interviewing was pleasant and respectful. The facility was clean and busy location. They said I was not qualified for the job. I only have a high school diploma.
