Phone interview with a down interview. Took place in one of their cafes. Regular by the book interview. They checked my references so being prepared helped. Whole process took two weeks.

Had a good phone conversation first then the district manager called to scheduled a face to face interview. Very good conversation lasted over an hour. They were very through with the questions.

Fairly straight forward nothing to difficult to answer. Mostly based off of experience, as they judge you more on performance and how quick you learn when you get the position
