Senior members try to help and assist. But they do not compromise on work/service quality. Customer service is paramount to everyone. The company incurs serious costs maintaining its customer service at the standard that it currently is.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
