after going in the store, I asked the clerk that I wanted to drop my resume. and then the manager came out , the interview started. the manager who I interviewed with was not easy

The district manager interviewed me. She asked my employment history. She gave me scenarios to see how I would handle and react to good and bad customer situations. She also asked me my availability and when I was able to start and if I had the opportunity would I be willing to train in other departments in the store.(baking supervisor etc..)
