First interview was with the store manager and then with the store owner. I dropped the resume in-person and received a call couple days after. Most stores have high turn over rates and hence, are always looking for people, I was asked to come to an interview and after first interview I had another one and was offered the job.

It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.

It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
