I was interviewed outside of the store on the patio. My Employer talked with me about my other jobs that I have had and how I believe I would benefit from working at Tim Horton's. My employer was relaxed and calm and smiled which in turn made me relax and smile back. I wasn't stressed for the interview.

It was a quick call and met up at restaurant then got offered job. Met outside because of truck delivery. Brought resume and got the job the next day to come in for training.

it was smooth. The manager will ask you basic interview questions like about yourself and experiences. The manager will also ask case scenarios just the basic ones. Then explained the things you will do and should not do.
