Applied online on Indeed and got a response within a week. I was only interviewed once by the HR head and got the offer right away once the interview was done. It was a casual and informal interview, to see whether I had the skills and availability they needed for that particular location.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
