Smooth interview asked me where i live when i would be avaible and stuff like that. they asked me if i could drive and why i loved tim hortoms and my greastest streght and weeknesseses.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
