I had a phone interview with Tim Hortons for a team member position. The call was short, about 10-15 minutes, and the manager was friendly. They asked basic questions like my availability, past work experience, and why I wanted to work there. It wasn’t too difficult, and they seemed more interested in whether I could work flexible hours rather than my previous experience. They also asked how I handle busy environments and customer service situations.
It was very good and nice conversation the interviewer makes you feel more comfortable i didn’t even felt it was interview the guy was so friendly. It’s very very easy. They just ask you the most basic questions, and I think everyone gets the job. Just be yourself and all will be good. Good practice for future interviews though
Friendly interviewer and the process was efficient and smooth, but it was a relatively short interview. Was asked to fill out a sheet with my basic information and then was asked 3-4 basic behavioural questions; interview was quite short, around 15 minutes
