Easy and i got a free coffee for my time. The district manager also ignored me and was fairly rude about it while carrying out duties before my scheduled time. Should've been a red flag for later in my employment.

Quick and easy. They asked situational questions and some stuff about your experience. Just make sure they know your availability and if you want or don't want a specific role (they offered me the Replenisher role too).
