I was contacted by the recruiter during my college days. It was a face to face interview, very simply and straightforward resume run through. The recruiter was genuinely interested in my career goals and seemed to be really making an effort to make sure that the internship was something which would help me later in my career.
A week later I had a face to face interview with the supervisor who was the hiring manager. The interview again was straightforward in terms of its content, that means, no tricky questions. A much detailed resume run through was followed by a basic aptitude test in math and engineering. It was very simple, just to make sure that I was a good student, academically speaking.
Almost a month later, I can give her a break on this delay due to the holiday season, I was hired as an intern.
