Applied on school career portal and received email from hiring manager. Scheduled 15 minute phone interview that was a basic resume run through. A much detailed resume run through was followed by a basic aptitude test in math and engineering. It was very simple, just to make sure that I was a good student, academically speaking. Almost a month later, I can give her a break on this delay due to the holiday season, I was hired as an intern.
