I applied online and within a few days was contacted by the recruiter. Had an initial tech screen and was then flown out for the onsite. The office is pretty cool and has a startup-ish and intimate vibe. Had lunch with a few engineers off-site and shared some laughs.The interviewers do a great job in trying to get to know you as an actual human being rather than just a robot that can just churn out algorithm solutions.
I ended up receiving an offer, but declined due to timeline conflicts. Overall, it was one of my best interview experiences.
