The interview process swift. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone who was very informative on the role and what the expectations were of the company. I came in a week later to meet with the VP, People and had a follow-up meeting with the Director of Recruiting. Both interviews touched on different topics so I didn't feel like I was answering the same questions over and over.
