I applied online, sending my resume through the Titlemax site. I received an email asking me to take on line test. After passing the test, I received a call from the corporate office to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very simple with brief questions lasting about 20 minutes. I was asked to go to a open interview at the titlemax location in my area. The open interview was like being at the DMV. Even though I was given an appointment by the phone interviewer I was asked to sign in and wait my turn. The person I was scheduled to meet was not even there. My interview lasted about 5 minutes, it was maybe the managers first interview. He did not know what questions to ask. I left there knowing I didn't want the job. Good Luck

The interviewer was nice. Basic questions tell me about your management experience and went over hours of operation and availability. The pay is unbelievably low even with commissions this day and age you can’t make it off 20$ hr as a GM not worth the hassle

Initial Screening:
You'll start with a short phone or video call with someone from HR. They'll ask about your background, why you're interested in the role, and whether you're a good fit for the position.
Interview with Hiring Manager:
If you move past the screening, you'll have a deeper interview with the hiring manager. They'll want to hear more about your experience, how you solve problems, and how you work in teams.
Skills Test or Assignment:
Some roles require you to take a test or complete an assignment related to the work you’d be doing. This step helps the company assess your technical skills.
Final Interview:
If you make it to the final round, you might interview with team members or higher-ups. They’ll focus on how well you fit with the team and whether your career goals align with their needs.
Offer or Follow-up:
If all goes well, you’ll get a job offer. If not, they may provide feedback or keep you in mind for future openings.

The interview process was more complex then needed. Additional people with zero baring on the job had to be notified. I has more Bureaucracy than a city hall. The everyone looked frightened of the regional manager. Spoke volumes to me about how they treated employees
