The process decline most offers. They reject 97% of applicants and they pride for it. Sometimes they reject for unrational reasons. Dont recoment to anyone to lose their time applying to this. Its a waste of your valiable time for these jerks.
The interview process had several steps ( screening, interview, assessment, presentation, profile building) but they were very clear and well structured and screeners were very professional. I was able to take my time to go through all of it and it payed off.

Was very tough and un necessary . Not asking the real problem and making it necessarily tough if they didn't want to take you in. Had a better experience with its alternatives.
