The interview process for this role was intense. I went through five online panels and spoke with over seven leaders across Marketing and Creative disciplines. Ultimately did not end of getting the role due to the tumultuous landscape in the Marketing department at the time.

Fairly straight forward interview rounds. Everyone had been with the company less than 6 months.
Was asked to complete a “take home assignment” which was basically the hiring team looking for free marketing consulting work. I passed on that.
